In 2018 Ryan and Corina teamed up to test an idea:

What business model supports ecosystem regeneration and contributes to healthy communities?

​

Today they own and operator of the Feather Leaf Inn on the west end of St Croix, US Virgin Islands.

They are the stewards of the historic Butler Bay Estate and tell the important story of slavery to recognize the atrocities of the past and work towards a more just future for the people of the Virgin Islands.

The Feather Leaf Inn is a demonstration of how coastal land owners and hotels can decrease their environmental impact through:

• Planting locally grown food sources

• Using renewable energy sources

• Beekeeping to increase pollination of plants

• Participating in coastal restoration

• Encouraging neighborhood watershed management
